Method

  1. Add onion, bulgur, chicken stock and to a large pan and pour 600ml of water. Cook and cover over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  2. For the avocado topping, toss all the ingredients except the rocket. Add on top of the bulgur base and enjoy.
