Autumn brings with it cooler weather, beautifully coloured leaves…and warming bowls of porridge! If you love banana and peanut butter, you’ll adore this Nutty Nana Porridge!  

Method

  1. Place oats and milk in a saucepan on medium heat and bring to the boil. 
  2. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until the oats are thick and creamy (usually 1 to 2 minutes), stirring occasionally.  
  3. Remove from heatStir in mashed banana, peanut butter, half the cinnamon, and salt. 
  4. Top with sliced banana, honey and remaining cinnamon. Enjoy!
