Autumn brings with it cooler weather, beautifully coloured leaves…and warming bowls of porridge! If you love banana and peanut butter, you’ll adore this Nutty Nana Porridge!
- Place oats and milk in a saucepan on medium heat and bring to the boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until the oats are thick and creamy (usually 1 to 2 minutes), stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat. Stir in mashed banana, peanut butter, half the cinnamon, and salt.
- Top with sliced banana, honey and remaining cinnamon. Enjoy!
