Method

  1. Scoop as much ice cream as you want into a bowl 
  2. Using a Microplane, grate over the top as much as you like of the iced pear.  Tip: Simon Toohey normally adds ⅓ of a pear to ice cream  
  3. Then pour over a little syrup of your choosing. ENJOY IT!
