- To make your own pomegranate juice, pulse 2 cups of seeds in a blender, ensuring you don’t break down the seeds. Juice will separate from seed.
- Pour juice through strainer, and add 1 cup of water to juice. Add a pinch of salt.
- To create your cocktail, first fill glasses with ice. Add in your pomegranate juice, maple, prosecco, vodka and stir together. Top with pomegranate seeds and a garnish of rosemary.
