Kids everywhere will be all smiles as they dig into these Rainbow Salad Jars for lunch šŸŒˆ Pasta and tuna is topped with Beans, Corn and Carrot to help your little ones with their daily Veg intake.


  1. Cook the pasta according to packet directions, until al dente. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. Next, cook the green beans in simmering water for 2 mins, before rinsing under cold water to stop the cooking, then drain well.
  3. Combine the tuna, mayonnaise, and yoghurt in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide the pasta into 4 wide-necked jars, then spoon the tuna mix over the top. Add a layer of green beans, followed by a layer of the cooked corn, then the grated carrot. Cover the jars and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
