Kids everywhere will be all smiles as they dig into these Rainbow Salad Jars for lunch 🌈 Pasta and tuna is topped with Beans, Corn and Carrot to help your little ones with their daily Veg intake.
- Cook the pasta according to packet directions, until al dente. Once done, drain and set aside.
- Next, cook the green beans in simmering water for 2 mins, before rinsing under cold water to stop the cooking, then drain well.
- Combine the tuna, mayonnaise, and yoghurt in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the pasta into 4 wide-necked jars, then spoon the tuna mix over the top. Add a layer of green beans, followed by a layer of the cooked corn, then the grated carrot. Cover the jars and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
