Smoked Salmon Bites, also known as a “Bilini”, is a pikelet loaded with creamy goodness, and topped with smoked salmon. A classic canapé, with a recipe worth saving.


  1. Place your mini pikelets onto a serving platter.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the crème fraiche, horseradish cream and lemon juice. Place a spoonful on each pikelet.
  3. Lay a ribbon of smoked salmon down, and top with a sprig of fresh cress.
