Because one festive wreath just wasnā€™t enough. This is a savoury take on the common dessert wreaths! šŸ‘‡

Spinach, smoked salmon, ribbons of cucumber, slithers of radish, rosemary, feta, and your dressing of choice!

Method

  1. Arrange the spinach leaves in a heaped circle around the edge of a large plate or platter.
  2. Top the spinach with the cucumber ribbons, sliced radishes and smoked salmon.
  3. Drizzle with a dash of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Finally, top with the diced feta and serve!
