Because one festive wreath just wasn’t enough. This is a savoury take on the common dessert wreaths! 👇

Spinach, smoked salmon, ribbons of cucumber, slithers of radish, rosemary, feta, and your dressing of choice!

Method

  1. Arrange the spinach leaves in a heaped circle around the edge of a large plate or platter.
  2. Top the spinach with the cucumber ribbons, sliced radishes and smoked salmon.
  3. Drizzle with a dash of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Finally, top with the diced feta and serve!
