Gin and Grapefruit Cocktail

Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day with a loved one, or gathering the girls for your own Gal-entine’s Day, why not make everyone a glass of this Strawberry Basil Cooler? With optional alcohol, you can make this one a delightful alcoholic cooler, or refreshing drink.
Method
- In two cups filled with ice, add in your shots of vodka, if using. Next, add your strawberry puree.
- To make strawberry puree, add frozen strawberries to a blender until a liquid is formed.
- Slice four strawberries, and divide these into the glasses, plus the 10 basil leaves. Muddle these together before pouring in your lemonade and stirring again.
- Top your glasses with an extra basil leaf, and a whole strawberry each.
