Treat yourself this weekend with a glass of our Sweet Apple Fizzš„ It’s great for entertaining or enjoying at home on the couch! Grab some apples (the star of the show) from your local fruit and veg shop and get mixing!
Ingredients
Method
- Combine the gin (if using), sparkling apple juice or apple cider, lime juice, sugar syrup, and cinnamon in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until the mixture is chilled.
- Fill two glasses with ice and the sliced apple matchsticks. Strain the mixture into the glasses and garnish with the sprigs of thyme.
- Enjoy!
