Fasta, pasta! Tonight we’re whipping up a simple, fresh, and flavourful Tomato, Olive & Feta Pasta that will leave the whole family satisfied. Plus, it makes awesome leftovers – hot or cold!
- Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling water following packet directions. Drain.
- Combine mixed tomatoes, olives, basil, oil, garlic and lemon juice in a large bowl. Add in the pasta and toss to combine.
- Divide the pasta among serving bowls. Sprinkle over the feta, some extra basil and add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
