  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. To serve, evenly distribute the bircher muesli between four serving bowls. Dollop some yoghurt on top, then sprinkle over the nuts and seeds. Top with the chopped seasonal fruit of your choice and drizzle over honey if you desire.
