The beginning of August is an exciting time as the weather just slightly starts to improve and with the warmer weather brings new-season varieties of fresh fruit and vegetables. As we look forward to Spring, it’s a great time to really embrace Winter produce and add in some extra goodies to our diets. 

Our pick of the week is Strawberries, which are in excellent supply and taste beautiful, these succulent, sweet and juicy berries are a seasonal delight! Strawberries are perfect alone as a snack, or if you’re looking to use them in your cooking can be a wonderful addition to baked goods or salads.
