A refreshing cool drink on a hot summer day. Make a jug ready for the kids coming home from school – they will be so happy with this sweet (but healthy!) cool treat.
Apple Sandwiches are such a great sweet treat without having artificial sugar! Apple + nut butter + muesli = the perfect combo!
1. Wash and cut apples into 4 slices. Note: Core the apple with an apple corer.
2. Spread peanut butter (or chosen nut butter) on one slice
3. Sprinkle with granola
4. Top with another slice of apple
