It’s National Pancake Day! To celebrate this wonderful day filled with golden brown deliciousness, we’re sharing our secret Healthy Pancake recipe! 3 ingredients… that’s all it takes to make these scrumptious pancakes!

Method

  1. Blitz bananas, eggs and oats in a blender until combined.
  2. Heat a fry pan to medium heat, then add a bit of butter or coconut oil.
  3. Add some pancake mixture to the pan and cook until brown. Flip over and cook the other side until brown.
  4. Serve with your choice of toppings. Our favourites are blueberries, banana, maple syrup and coconut yoghurt.

Note: You can either make pikelet sized pancakes or bigger pan-sized pancakes, depending on preference!
