It’s National Pancake Day! To celebrate this wonderful day filled with golden brown deliciousness, we’re sharing our secret Healthy Pancake recipe! 3 ingredients… that’s all it takes to make these scrumptious pancakes!
- Blitz bananas, eggs and oats in a blender until combined.
- Heat a fry pan to medium heat, then add a bit of butter or coconut oil.
- Add some pancake mixture to the pan and cook until brown. Flip over and cook the other side until brown.
- Serve with your choice of toppings. Our favourites are blueberries, banana, maple syrup and coconut yoghurt.
Note: You can either make pikelet sized pancakes or bigger pan-sized pancakes, depending on preference!
