Entertaining in winter never looked better. Say hello to our Broccoli Slaw – a beautiful side dish you’ll be excited to serve your dinner guests.


  1. Cut the broccoli florets into small pieces. Remove the woodiest part of the stem. Using a peeler, peel away the thick tough outer layer of the stems, and grate or slice into matchsticks. Place the broccoli in a large serving bowl.
  2. Add the spring onion, parsley, raisins and sunflower seeds to the broccoli and toss to combine.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and salt and pepper. Taste and season as desired. Pour the dressing over the slaw and mix well.
