  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over high heat. Add in chicken and chilli jam and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, add cabbage and mayonnaise and mix to combine. Thinly slice the green onion.
  3. Fill the buns with cabbage mixture, chicken, spring onion, mint and cucumber.
