What better way to enjoy your chocolate than with some gorgeous, fresh strawberries! 🍓 If you’re in need of some inspiration for dessert, look no further than our Choc Mousse Pots! Topped with berries and fresh mint, they’re the cutest ‘lil dessert we ever did see!

Method
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until light and fluffy.
- Next, heat the milk and cream in a saucepan until hot.
- Pour the hot mixture over the chopped chocolate, stirring until the chocolate has melted.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the mousse into three small pots and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.
- To serve, top each mousse pot with crushed Oreos, a sprig of mint and strawberries.
