Our colourful, healthy Fruit Pops are bound to be hit this summer with the kids and adults alike!

Method

  1. Add fruit to your popsicle mould, alternating different kinds of fruit until the moulds are filled almost to the top.
  2. Gently fill the mould with apple juice, leaving at least 1cm in headspace and place a popsicle stick inside.
  3. Allow to freeze for at least 6 hours or ideally overnight.
