This Mango Chutney is a vibrant, flavourful condiment – perfect for pairing with your favourite cheese, or adding to a delicious Indian dish!
- Combine sugar and vinegar in a 5-6L pot. Bring liquid to a boil, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved completely.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, until the mixture has thickened slightly, around 45 mins – 1 hour. Remember to stir occasionally during cooking.
- Once done, pour the chutney into clean, hot jars, leaving 1/2-inch from the top of the jar. Seal the jars with their lids.
