Our Mango & Muesli Parfait is a breakfast you’ll keep turning to during these warm months because it’s sweet and refreshing with a bit of crunch!
Method
- Divide the muesli among 4 tall glasses.
- Dice the flesh of three mangoes.
- Add half of the chopped mangoes to the glasses, then divide half the yoghurt among each glass.
- Add the other half of the chopped mangoes and the remaining yoghurt to the glasses, then drizzle honey over the top of each parfait and serve.
- You can top with extra mango and muesli if you like!
