Our Mango & Muesli Parfait is a breakfast you’ll keep turning to during these warm months because it’s sweet and refreshing with a bit of crunch!

Method

  1. Divide the muesli among 4 tall glasses.
  2. Dice the flesh of three mangoes.
  3. Add half of the chopped mangoes to the glasses, then divide half the yoghurt among each glass.
  4. Add the other half of the chopped mangoes and the remaining yoghurt to the glasses, then drizzle honey over the top of each parfait and serve.
  5. You can top with extra mango and muesli if you like!
