We’re always told to eat the rainbow so we’ve created this Rainbow Slaw to help you do so easily! šŸŒˆ Made with fresh Cabbage, Capsicum, Carrot and Spring Onion, you’ll be fuelling your body with so much healthy veg!


  1. Combine wombok, capsicum, carrot, green onion, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
  2. To make the dressing, whisk together the tahini, vinegar, and orange juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Add the dressing to the slaw mixture, tossing to combine. Serve immediately.
