Skip the store-bought salsa, this guacamole is the last one you’ll ever need. It’s so great, you could even give the corn chips a miss altogether and just have the dip on its own.


  1. Slice each avocado in half and cut into chunky cubes. Finely chop the onions, coriander, and chillies. Mince the garlic cloves.
  2. Add each ingredient to the mix, stirring as you go. Squeeze the limes to help manage the consistency of the guacamole. Cut the tomatoes in halves and toss amongst the guacamole.
  3. Serve the guacamole alongside corn chips, carrot sticks, celery, or whatever your snack of choice is.
