Spring time is salad time! Meet our Sweet Potato & Apple Salad, a wholesome dish that heroes real ingredients and satisfies hungry bellies!


  1. Peel, dice, and roast sweet potato in oven for 25-30 mins at 200C, or until tender.
  2. Add mixed salad leaves, brown rice, roasted sweet potato, apple, and walnuts to a large serving bowl.
  3. Add all the dressing ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend or pulse until mixture is smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss before serving. Enjoy!
