It’s a Mediterranean feast at our place tonight! Featuring a rainbow of veggies from your local fruit and veg shop, these flavourful Veggie Packed Wraps are a great way to enjoy lots of veggies in your mid-week feast.


  1. In a pan, cook the chopped red onion, mushroom, capsicum and zucchini with a generous drizzle of olive oil. Stir until they veggies have softened. Set aside.
  2. Heat up your wraps in the oven, or in another pan.
  3. To assemble your wraps, spread over some hummus, place a small handful of spinach leaves on top, before piling on all of the vegetables. Top with some crumbled feta before folding, and slicing in half.
  4. Enjoy!
