Our new Zucchini Noodles are simple yet scrumptious! With only a handful of ingredients to pull this dish together, it’s quick AND easy! Pick up the zucchinis from your local fruit and veg shop, it’s a better choice!


  1. Using a vegetable spiralizer, cut zucchini into noodle strands. Set aside noodles on a plate.
  2. Heat a large frypan over medium-high heat. Melt the butter, then add the garlic. Cook garlic until fragrant, about 30 secs. 
  3. Add the zucchini noodles and cook until tender, around 3-5 mins. Note: Zucchini noodles cook really quickly so be careful not to overcook them or they’ll become quite mushy.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat, then stir through the parmesan and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add in the chili flakes, then serve!
