Our new Zucchini Noodles are simple yet scrumptious! With only a handful of ingredients to pull this dish together, it’s quick AND easy! Pick up the zucchinis from your local fruit and veg shop, it’s a better choice!
- Using a vegetable spiralizer, cut zucchini into noodle strands. Set aside noodles on a plate.
- Heat a large frypan over medium-high heat. Melt the butter, then add the garlic. Cook garlic until fragrant, about 30 secs.
- Add the zucchini noodles and cook until tender, around 3-5 mins. Note: Zucchini noodles cook really quickly so be careful not to overcook them or they’ll become quite mushy.
- Remove the pan from the heat, then stir through the parmesan and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add in the chili flakes, then serve!
