A Better Choice For Freshness

Brussels Sprouts are a very controversial veg. You either love them or hate them, and the people who hate them are very vocal about their despise! But, brussels sprouts are actually very good for you, and we are here to help make them tasty, and hopefully make those brussels haters come full circle!

Here are our top tips on making those pesky brussels sprouts suuuuuper yum!

  1. Roast, don’t boil.

This is a sure-fire way of making them crisp and crunchy, instead of watery.

  1. Add your favourite toppings!

This can include cheese, salt and pepper, vinegar, lemon juice, chilli flakes and whatever else your heart (and tummy) desires!

  1. Chop them small

This helps those brussels haters ease into the transition of finally loving this misunderstood veg.

  1. Add them in with other vegetables

Roast them with your favourite veg like potatoes, carrots, parsnips and pumpkin. This way you can have a bit of sprouts and a bit of potato on your fork – that’ll help your taste buds get used to your new favourite sensation!

We hope these tips will help you come around to brussels sprouts, or if you’re already a lover, help you expand your cooking techniques!
