Fresh and bright – a scrumptious dish for Spring! Our chargrilled mango and red capsicum skewers with sweet chilli dip are a deliciously fresh meal – pop them on the menu this week!

Method

  1. Cut all the vegetables into 1.5cm cubes and stick alternately onto skewers.
  2. Char-grill on bbq until soft and lightly coloured.

For the Sauce

Combine with chopped coriander and sesame seeds.
