- Firstly, cook the bacon over a medium heat until the edges are crispy. Once done, remove bacon from the pan and place onto a plate lined with paper towel. Once cool, slice into strips.
- Season the chicken breasts with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Add the olive oil to the pan and cook the chicken for 4-6 mins on each side, or until cooked through. Once cooked, remove chicken from the pan and allow to cool before thinly slicing.
- Once all the ingredients are prepped, grab your containers. Start with a base of the cos lettuce, then top with the cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, hard-boiled egg, bacon, and chicken. Store containers in the fridge until you are ready to eat them. Once ready to eat, drizzle over the salad dressing and enjoy!
