Salads don’t get much better than this one… our new Cobb Salad Bowls are flavoursome, filling and perfect for meal prep. Consider your lunches for the week sorted!

Method

  1. Firstly, cook the bacon over a medium heat until the edges are crispy. Once done, remove bacon from the pan and place onto a plate lined with paper towel. Once cool, slice into strips.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Add the olive oil to the pan and cook the chicken for 4-6 mins on each side, or until cooked through. Once cooked, remove chicken from the pan and allow to cool before thinly slicing.
  4. Once all the ingredients are prepped, grab your containers. Start with a base of the cos lettuce, then top with the cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, hard-boiled egg, bacon, and chicken. Store containers in the fridge until you are ready to eat them. Once ready to eat, drizzle over the salad dressing and enjoy!
