We’re not sure why, but there’s a huge difference between roasted sweet potato, and sweet potato chips. Good thing they’re just as easy to prep and cook! Take a look at our recipe and make the most of the in season sweet potato.


  1. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees
  2. Cut off the ends of the sweet potato and slice using a knife, or preferably a mandolin. In our opinion the thinner the slices the better, but if you prefer them a little chunkier, then cut as you like.
  3. Toss the slices in a bowl and add the olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat the slices in the mix.
  4. Line your baking tray with greased paper and lay the slices of sweet potato flat in one layer. Bake the slices for 10 minutes, and then turn and bake for another 10, or until crispy and golden.
  5. Serve immediately.
