One of our favourite ways to enjoy Pumpkin is a simple Pumpkin Frittata. Try this recipe out this week and enjoy some Aussie Butternut Pumpkin.

Pomegranate is in season now, and eating beautifully. This delicious fruit provides a unique flavour with a strong, bright flavour that can really enhance a dish. While it can be intimidating to peel pomegranates, once you’ve got the arils out it’s well worth the effort. Top your favourite salads with Pomegranate, or add to your next homemade acai bowl.

One way we love to enjoy Brussels Sprouts is this showstopping Brussels Sprouts & Blue Cheese Pizza
