It’s fruit juice cocktail o’clock! But guess what – this colourful concoction is alcohol-free! You, and all those sharing this delicious jug of fruity-goodness will love all the fresh fruits we’ve squeezed into this one.

Method

  1. Squeeze the juice of 6 oranges, 1 grapefruit and 1 lemon into a jug.
  2. Add the finely diced flesh of 1 mango, 8 finely diced strawberries, 2 diced kiwifruits and 1 very finely sliced banana.
  3. Stir in 1 tbsp sugar and top with a few mint leaves.
  4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving. If you wish, add lemonade or soda water!
